A warm welcome to our new Greenkeeper - Ryno van der Merwe. Ryno has joined us from Gulf Harbour replacing Barry who left pre lockdown. We also welcome Mitch Kale to the team as a part timer.

With International travel off the radar for some time, now is a great time to explore the region and play some of the fantastic local courses. Remember that we do have a special green fee "Passport" rate available at all BOP Golf affiliated clubs.

You can use the Dotgolf App or scan the QR codes located around the site.

Dotgolf have developed an electronic scorecard which can be accessed through the Dotgolf App. 

This is a great option for a casual game. Once you have completed your round, you can just hit save and the score is uploaded directly to your scoring and handicap records.

At the moment, you are unable to self enter competitions or haggles via the electronic scorecard, so if you do want to use this method, you will need to see the ProShop staff and they will have to enter you manually. Dotgolf are working on enhancements and this feature will be added shortly.

If you are worried about having your phone with you on the course, you can select Airplane mode to avoid calls disrupting your game. 

Long term, electronic scorecards will minimise admin, allow us to run live leaderboards and save us considerably in printing costs!

Just a reminder that we are currently running a reduced Cafe menu & no self service while we are at Alert Level 2.

Some of the usual products are not available at this time. We minimised the menu to avoid time delays as the staff now have to plate and deliver all food. We had to make a call on certain items like Milk Shakes, bespoke toasties & Burgers as they take additional time and resources to prepare. On quiet days, pies and savouries will be heated to order and this will take approx 4 minutes. Heating them to order ensures that we don't end up throwing out unsold food. Please ask the staff if you can't see what you would like in the cabinet.

The cafe runs on very small margins and we are constantly reviewing our service to ensure it is viable. Last year saw a $22K cost to run the cafe. This is not sustainable long term so please support the Cafe.
