Dear Guest, Thursday, 09 January, 2020

WELCOME TO 2020
Happy New Year everyone!
I sincerely hope that 2020 is a great year for you with lots of golf and good health.

The course is looking outstanding and members should be really proud of the TGC. We have had lots of National and International Visitors over the holiday period and the feedback from these visitors has been extremely positive. Our fairways are the talk of the town and the greens are also getting rave reviews. This is a credit to the Greens staff. It is hard to keep up with all the normal duties with Public Holidays, reduced staff levels and this extreme wind, but they have done us proud.

A big warm TGC welcome to the 28 new members that have joined us since 1 December.

Also welcome to Hayden Beard who has joined The Clubroom team. Hayden has been playing golf as a Professional for the past few years. You will see Hayden in the shop and out on the range coaching. The Clubroom team are here to help you get the most out of your game, so if you are looking for new clubs, shoes, golf balls and coaching, they are your one stop shop!

As I said, I hope you have a great year of golf. My new years resolution is to recover from my toe joint replacement surgery and then dust off my golf clubs. I have said it now so I have to do it!!

Warm Regards
Michelle Towersey
Club Manager

SUBSCRIPTIONS
31 January 2020 is the end of our current Membership and Financial year. I will be preparing subscription notices ready to send out on 1 February. This is a bit later than you may be used to, but this enables me to receive the income in the financial year that it belongs to.
In the meantime, if you do not intend to renew your membership or wish to change to a different category, can you please let me know asap. Can you also please check your subscription account balance, online, and ensure that your 2019 balance will be fully repaid by 31 January.
Our preferred payment methods:
  1. Lump sum direct credit
  2. Monthly Instalments
  3. Credit Card payments can be made online via the website (fee applies)
  4. Credit Card payments can be made in the club office - 2% fee will apply
You will notice that we have applied a fee to credit card transactions. The club has been absorbing these fees over the years but they are quite significant and we feel it is fair and reasonable to pass this cost on.
I have attached a copy of the 2020/21 fees.
