A Beautiful day greeted players starting their second rounds. David Cooke got out early and fired a great 69 to add to his first round score of 75 to take the clubhouse lead at 144. Ben Shanly improved his first round score by 2 shots with a 71 to tie with David Cooke.
And with all the luck in the world yours truly survived another day with a 1-over 72 to lead the senior field at 141.

The Intermediate field saw a change in fortunes for the top players. Kim Preece improved his first round score by 4-shots to lead at 156. Paul Smith after starting with a great first round 77, stumbled alittle with a second round 80, but is only 1-shot behind in second place, with Klaus Niermann taking the third spot with 159.

In the Junior Field, Mike Toner leads with 174, with Shane Davies, Ross Fletcher, & David Hermitage all tied on 176

The final round should prove to be very interesting with all divisions wide open.
